I had a small cyst on my neck which was growing. My dermatologist, Dr.Bowes, referred me to Dr.Varkarakis for removal of the cyst. Dr.Varkarakis' staff was very courteous and responsive, they promptly scheduled an appointment, as the cyst was itching and I was concerned. During the initial visit Dr.Varkarakis took the time to analyse the cyst and walk me through the entire removal process. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions (and I had many). His explanations were very detailed, which I truly appreciated, as I am not very familiar with medical terms/procedures. I never felt rushed, he dedicated all the time necessary, which many doctors don't do now-a-days. The day of the surgery he welcomed me with a smile and classical music playing throughout the office to relax me. I told him I was nervous and he took the time to explain the entire process in FULL detail, along with the post-surgery care instructions. My husband & Godmother accompanied me. He allowed one person to come into the surgery room with me, which was greatly appreciated. The surgical room has a relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful view of the Bay. Dr.Varkarakis is very friendly, so he made us feel at ease as he walked us through what he was doing during the surgery. It was over before I knew it and I did not feel ANY pain! The day after the surgery Dr.Varkarakis called me at home to ask how I was feeling. I am so glad I was recommended to Dr.Varkarakis, he is a true professional... a very pleasant, warm, and friendly doctor!

I was in a really bad car accident, which left me with a rupture implants. The pain it was so severe, I was in desperate need for help. Doctor George Varkarakis, received me with open arms, I still remember during the first consultation, we talked for hours, he's the kind doctor that cares and take his time with his patients. My condition is very serious and requires two surgeries. About one month ago I had my first surgery, Doctor George have been not only my surgeon but a great support ( phone calls, follow up...) during my recovery. He's a doctor that love his professional career but the must important he cares about people and that says a lot . As I mentioned before , I highly recommend DC George Varkarakis,he's a doctor that is worth a lot to meet.Also his staff, they were always amazing and super professional and managed to answer all of my questions even through the high struggle! Typically, I see another doctor for my cosmetic injections, but upon learning that said doctor had left the cosmetic practice, I was referred to Dr. George Varkarakis. Best thing to happen to me. Wow! I am completely impressed with plastic surgeon Dr. Varkarakis!! He was very kind and patient. After listening to my needs and concerns, suggested other ways to make improvements using fillers. It's extremely important for me to have a natural look, which he assured me I would recieve. Dr. Varkarakis was gentle and informed me of the injection sites before each introduction. During the initial consultation before my surgery Dr. Varkarakis clearly explained the procedure for breast augmentation, anesthesia, recovering, pros and cons and together we choose the perfect natural size and shape for my body type. The big difference between Dr. Varkarakis and other surgeons is that he takes all the time with attention to detail to what is best for the patient and in consideration of what you want. This made me feel secure, comfortable and in good hands.Now 3 months after my surgery I can see the expected results, I am very happy. The recovery process was easy. Doctor Varkarakis and staff were always on call if needed.
